Our policy says that school with students under 200 people should be closed. In addition, the school where your child study is less than 200 people.
Unfortunately I cannot change the decision about closing your child’s school. However I can suggest you to register your child to London Elementary School. Don’t be afraid because we are corporate with them to receive all students from Barbara Elementary School.

You can give space for word "cannot".I think for word "don't" you must write do not. Do not make it short for write a formal letter. Overall your letter is clearly. Good job dewi. Keep writing! :)
